Now, now how many times must Ole Heff tell you.   I am to old and tough, just loaded with cholesterol not the good kind but that bad kind of cholesterol.  Did I mention real gamey that no bbq sauce can cober up. Poor old Gunny's blood pressure will go up. Rabbit and Mouko' polygrip won't be able to hold them choppers in place.

Not me, although it's probably just not a popular meat out here in California. Would like to try some gator myself.

Well, if you're ever down my way, I'll take you where I know it's good.  If you find someone who knows how to cook it, rabitt can be GOOD!  I prefer venison myself.  But hey, I ain't all that picky.

But whatever you do, stay away from wild rabbits. We all have worms that will get in you and eat you insides out and rot your brains and give you pimples and make you go blind.

Growing up as a kid i was raised on farm roots. We grew it harvested it if it was an animal we raised it slaughtered it and ate it. Ive had all these things fresh most of which was from the farm (rabbit ,turkey, pig, coon, squirrel ,chicken, cow, deer, possum, This stuff we ate because we shot it or caught it bear, mud turtle, cat fish, trout, bream, frog. I remember that if we didnt work in the garden we didnt get dinner.. I love beans tatters and cornbread. We had allot of salmon patties and black eyed peas as a kid too fried okra mmmm. I was also raised that dont kill it unless your going to eat it so i didnt kill an animal unless it was for food.... ne ways ttyl god bless
