Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 1/8 tsp of salt.  Stir untill dissolved.

Add 1 cup of bread flower and stir w/ wooden spoon.

Add and stir in 3 cups of al purpose flower.  Pue in one at a time.  DO NOT add all the flower unless it is too sticky.

Knead dough for 5 - 10 min untill smooth and elastic.  let dough rise for 1/2 an hour.

Knead for 1 minute untill smooth.

Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll into pretzle shape.

Let dough rise for 10 minuets.

Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 10 - 12 minuets or untill golden in color.
