i hurt my back lifting heavy weights( trying to show off with a bench of around 405  ) and i had major back surgery! it worked great!!! i am back to lifting heavy again. i was worried at first but it was a breez. my prayers are with you. |

the thing with me is this is my 2nd major back surgery. first tim e it was 350lbs this time it was only like 40 so i dont think ill be doing any heave lifting lol
