Email to my work

I'm having surgery sept 30. Not sure who will receive this Ben or Dana. I've text Ben a few times no reply. Either their is no answer or if it's policy not to talk to me about work idk. I know my back will be better but don't think I should be doing any more lifting. I've talked to workers comp at least 1 time a week if not more. Even they say after surgery I need to avoid anything that could hurt me again ( allot of bending,twisting,lifting(prob around 30lbs) I still don't know how my surgery will turn out. The only peace I have is knowing no matter what God will make a way for me. I know it prob sounds stupid but very few from work have made any effort to see how I was or am doing. Granted I know every 1 has a life and are busy. But It's times like this that make you feel (less of the family to say) the past 6 months have been hard and depressing. Even if I don't have a job to return to I understand givin the nature of my back on the bright side I could go back to school for computers or something to use my brain instead of my back. I was looking forward to helping chris with maintaining the store( another thing I prob can't do) this will be 2 times now I've had surgery and I'm almost 32. I don't want to have a 3rd. If it happens again I would have to throw the towel in and go on disability. I feel in part allot of my kitchen days in food service are finding an end. I think I'm at the point I need to fully reevaluate my life and health and also look at what jobs I can do to take care of my family. But at the same time not further injure my self. I make $7.50 an hour I don't see me making much more than that ( in part being I don't have much to offer) what little i was able to communicate with Ben he said as far as work we would have to be creative. As for me I don't want to wait till the last minute to know where I stand as far as work or if I truly have a job. More than my feelings it about my family And
My duty to provide for them. As is my check splits 3 ways home my 2 boys in nc and my daughter. We have made it the past 6 months threw the grace of god. Together me and Sara have made it off roughly $1200 a month. I'm sorry for the long email I just have allot on my mind and need to let it out. I'm sorry if any of this is out
