Tis the season once again when we can fire up the grill (still snow on the ground up here yet).

Remember, marinate them steaks with honey prior and be sure to monitor it on the grill as honey will burn.
Lowery salt is all I use for seasoning along with the honey. You won't taste the honey, but sure does sweeten up the steaks Smiley

I love mix honey with molass then sweet it with rib as you post. Since I like spicy taste to my rib, I always add ground cayenne pepper and ground cumin to honey mixture. Oh YES... add vinegar (apple cider is best) to the mixture for maximum marinate ability. Here you go!
