 Hi guys Can i ask you to pray for my wife her name is Lucy and she has battled with chronic asthma since the age of 3,,she is a wonderful mother and a brilliant wife ,but when her asthma is bad she really struggles with every day things that we all take for granted ,

Best Wishes, your wife Lucy is in my prayers and thoughts. Mrs. Rabbit has asthma too, and I have seen what it has done to her over the years. They used to say that asthma was a childhood disease that people would outgrow, but my brother waited his whole life to outgrow it.

Please pray for me as well as Neo and other college student. I am starting next week and I will be graduating (that if I pass all) this December 2008!!! The class with two teachers is difficult to relates to... They know me (as devoted Christian) and give me hard time and challenge me. Pray that my widsom in Christ will be sound and timeless truth. Thank you all for praying for my wife lucy it helps to know shes in your prayers, as you are all in mine ,and Rabbit i know what you mean about the growing out of it bit they told my wife the same shes now 37 , Pure  and Neo you are in my prayers that you study hard and achieve the grades you require

Please pray for us down here in the gulf coast area.  We just got the snot kicked out of us again.  In some ways this was alot lighter than Katrina, but, in some places it was worse.  Our office was activated and we've all been out here since Saturday night to help keep 911 working like it should for our area.  We haven't been able to go out and about yet, but, we don't think we got hit near as hard as Katrina did.  However, I just spoke with my father and thankfully them and all the family seem to be ok...but there is alot of work to be done.  There seems to be more wind damage in our home town area than there was before.  I don't know yet if our house is still standing or any major damage as my wife was also activated to work a special needs shelter (she's a nurse).  Our 911 system is having some problems, but, we're working it out.  We thank the Lord He took a major portion of the "kick" out of the storm before it hit...could have been much worse.

Well, I heard from my dad...we apparently have a hole in the roof on one side of the house from a pine top...probably some water damage, but shouldn't be too bad.  Otherwise one tree down on our driveway and all else is ok...thank you Jesus.  My friend I work with, his sister has 3 trees on her house...so, could have been much worse.  I'm hopefully going to be able to leave soon and go start working on it.  Thanks for the prayers guys... Smiley

Thanks...and yeah, I'm glad too...

Got home and started work on the house.  My father and two of my uncles had already patched up the roof to keep more rain from getting in.  Got a fair amount of water in and some sheet-rock and maybe some of the floor will need to be replaced patch up the hole in the ceiling and get some roof repair folks out to fix that up permanent.  It's all good though, that's what insurance is for.  God definately blessed us by there being only this damage.  We have a big oak that could have destroyed the house, but, it stood strong when I've seen other ones its size knocked over...one across my driveway.  Same situation for my parents.  I thank God for keeping us all safe.  Pray for those who've lost much in this.

Hey Everyone,

I know it has been a long time since I last talked with you all, my computer seems to reject the BHD software and i am still working on it.  Hopefully i will be playing with you all again soon.  But i am on COD4 as soon as i find the OCS server.  Thank you all for all your prayers for EDGE, and it has been growqing very fast.  Starting this new school year off has been a blast.  We already had a senior saved at a conference today and he is now one of the leaders.  This brings the grand total up to 25 students since last September.  Praise the Lord!

So in summary, hope to see you guys and girls soon, and thanks for your prayers.

Just another reminder folks...please take a look at the prayer requests summary at the beginning of this thread.  Some may be answered prayers and can be removed.  It is no problem keeping any and all...but I also may have missed some.  Please let me know if you see any changes needing to be made with your requests and if I've missed any.

I'd like to ask you guys to pray for my grandmother and those who this death impacts. On Saturday May 23 my great aunt passed away. I did not get know her as much as my grandmother did considering she was her sister. But my grandmother is very upset by this death and she needs some support and comfort from God. Same with the part of the family that knew her the most. I think that they really need these prayers too!
