OCS Play date

It's that time again folks. Setting up an OCS play date for this coming weekend 5/22-5/23-5/24. I'm seeing a lot of new faces in the server when I play in the evening, we just need to be around to play more often to keep up the pace. I would appreciate some input on times and date that works best for all who plan to game this weekend.

I will try and be there too.  I miss playing with you guys, and I am a bit rusty haven't played in a while.  I tried the other night, and I didn't do so great.  I am getting closer to being able to play at night, and more often.  The job i have is just temporary, and may end soon.

Goose I said I was rusty not newbie.  Once I get my rythem back i will be just as good as before.  I have started to play again, so it won't take long for me to get back to where I was. 

Thanks Cortath.  I am still looking for that permanent job, but at least I had something for a short time.  I don't know about the rest of GA they are all into COD4.  The only one that really still plays BHD is my husband, and he is waiting for the new game to come out.  I can ask and see what happens.

I like to eat the dark meat, but if he is burned too much by my at4 he won't be any good.  Also look out for my sniper game it is back up I played yesterday, and that part of my game is still good.

I came in around 8:30 pm cst tonight, Saturday, and I think the action had pretty well died down by then.

I looked at the logs and it looks like the server has most people playing between 5:30 and 7:00 pm central time.

We are supposed to have thunderstorms here Sunday and Monday, so I do not know if I will be in. Rained some today.

Thanks to all who played this weekend. I saw a lot of our old players like Stagger, Moose, and Pred from AFL.......our favorite kitty MeerKat from =GA= (aka Tigerlilly), Giltsedge, and Shotgunner just to name a few. I saw several new faces which I'll have to go through logs to remember them all. Most of all......I'd like to thank all of the OCS squad that were able to participate this weekend! I know all of you wanted to be in, but had plans or other obligations. We'll line up another date very soon. Thanks again everyone for all your support. GREAT GAMES ALL!!

There were four of in together Saturday, May 30, between 7 and 8:30: Rabbit, Spartan, Thunderbolt, and the great Pureknight, who anchored the evening.

I noiticed in the logs that throughout the day, starting in the am, at least 3 people were in the server by themsleves waiting several minutes at different times of the day.

I was hoping we would have more participation tonight.

I was thinking, if we were to set up a scrimage with SAE, maybe once or twice a week this will allow for some friendly competition but also will showcase OCS talent and hopefully bring in more people when SAE has a small crowd. Seems to always be a steady number of players in that game room. Dont get me wrong fellas I am not trying to say lets go into SAE and recruit nor advertise but setup a scrimage date between us so that more people will eventually enter the OCS game room. Just a thought, tell me if I should keep it to myself lol, I wont feel bad I'll just find u in the game room and come after u!!!! lol jk
