My mom made them every 4th of July  when I was a kid and now I make them for my kids  takes about an hour to do but really good


Bunuelos cookies

3 ½ Cup  flour
1 teaspoon  salt
1 teaspoon  baking powder      ? mix together
1 ½ Tablespoon sugar
¼ Cup margarine


2 eggs
½ Cup milk              ? Beat with milk then put into dry mix kneed for 2
                     Let rest for 15 min form into small balls roll out
                     Until flat and thin  Deep Fry until golden.


Glaze
 ½ Cup of sugar
½ Cup Brown sugar
½ Cup water
1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1Tablespoon dark corn syrup or molasses

Bring to a boil  1-2 mins cool and dip cookies

Or

1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon                               ?   shake in bag
