Hey everyone. Just wanted to propose sparing against GA and AFL on a more regular basis. We tried SAE....and they don't want to come into our server. Both GA and AFL have been long time friends to the OCS family, and skilled players to play against. I think we should try setting up some dates and times to play in their servers, and them in ours. I'll send an Invite to Tigerlilly =GA= and Deucalion AFL

I will see what I can do as most of you know GA is no longer on BHD, but I am willing to put the server back up to play in it. I am the one that mostly plays bhd, and have been thinking about putting server up part time. I will let you know as soon as I do. I might get more of my members interested in it again.

Okay I put the GA server up but I don't expect any GA members to join in, but we can still play in it. If it don't work out we can always play on AFL's server. I will give it a week or two for testing. I might also need to update it, and put new maps in.

Is =GA= in pinger? If so i can't find it. Pinger also won't let me refreash or update because of the server being down, which seems to happen quite alot, (is this a problem with my pinger or is this normal?). Anyway, great to hear about it MeerKat and once i can find it i will be more then happy to join you guys.  |

-GA- is in pinger under Team Sabre. Now just remember my members don't play bhd anymore it will just be me & maybe my husband unless I recruit some new people. This is only a test and if it fails server comes back down.

I took the GA server down for updating. I need to fix some of the maps, and take out some. I also tried to put server on pinger but it wouldn't work. If anyone can help me that would be great. For now server stays down until I get it updated.

What we would need is your ip and port address so we can manually add to pinger See newspaper room for pinger instructions for adding servers. If your ip is dynamic - then it would change everytime  so would be a hassle to use |

Let us know if and when you get it all set up Tiger. AFL has been really good about playing in OCS during the day when Meg and I are in....so we've been playing in AFL in the evenings when OCS is usually quiet. Hopefully we can get a server raid going on.

I have decided to not put the server back up because it is just me that really plays bhd, and it wouldn't make sense for me to put it up. We host the server at a home pc, and it causes issues sometimes with playing in bhd. It would be different if we rented a server, but my husband doesn't have any interest in doing that. We are also tight on money right now because of me being out of work. I am willing to play in AFL with you guys though, and I enjoy playing on your server. Again I am sorry for this.

Thats ok Tiger, we enjoy having you play here in OCS all the same  . However, i am unable to find AFL as my pinger won't update. Every time i try to refresh it it says the server might be down, i have been trying this for the last few days. No idea what the problem is. So until i get this fixed i will be limited to playing with you guys in OCS only. |

Goose, and all those having trouble with pinger. AFL has recently changed their server host, so they are now listed as "All For Liberty" in Nova and Pinger. You may have to manually out them in pinger. Here is their ip and port # 216.245.211.18:17479

@goose: hey, man you need to go to novaworld2.com and enter your name as "Ampea" and PW is abc123.
i got that from Q SAE. then open pinger and hit "refresh"

I have little problem with Pinger. I just have to log into novaworld2.com, and I am good the rest of the day, going in and coming out and going back in later.
You need to set up an account at novaworld2.com. Mine is under a different log in name from the one I use to play. Once I have logged into novaworld2.com, any computer connected to my router will run and refresh Pinger.
By the way, if a server is listed, all I have to do is right click it, click add, and it is added to my server list at the bottom of the page. That is how I added All for Liberty and a couple of others.
